Selling
$1,800 incl GST plus disbursements
Our price* covers:
- checking a Contract ready for signature prepared by a solicitor or real estate agent (using standard Law Society wording);
- attending on you briefly in person or by telephone to confirm your individual requirements and provide our pro forma written advice and wording for any standard extra clauses;
- attending to routine dealings with a single financier for discharge of any mortgage;
- organising answers to requisitions administered by the purchaser;
- obtaining land tax information, preparing settlement figures and providing any necessary undertakings;
- preparing a Settlement Statement and attending settlement; and
- paying net sale proceeds into a single bank account nominated by you.
Disbursements
The usual disbursements when selling a property are $186 plus GST which includes:
- one Title Search;
- a Rates Search;
- one AML Search; and
- a Land Tax Search.
There will also be bank cheque fees (if required), PEXA fees for settlements completed online and further disbursements incurred if there is more than one vendor involved in the transaction.
Mortgaged Properties
If a mortgage is currently registered on the Title, a Land Titles Office discharge registration fee of $207.75 will also be payable in addition to any bank discharge fees and associated bank cheque fees.
